  • With leads objective you can collect information for your business through:

    • Phone calls placed: the number of calls that are attributed to your ads
    • 60 seconds messenger calls: the number of times phone calls coming from ads lasted at least 60 seconds

  • With app promotion objective, you can find people to install your app and continue using it.You can use this objective for both app installs and app events (these are the actions people take while using your app,  such as making a purchase or achieving a new level in a game). 
         Here are the most important kpis for this objective:
    • Conversion lift: helps measure the incremental performance of your Meta ads.
    • App installs: the number of app installs that were recorded as app events and attributed to your ads.
    • Cost/app install: the average cost/every app installs.
    • App activation: the number of times your app was activated, attributed to your ads, based on information received from one or more of your connected Meta Business Tools.
  • Sales. With sales objective you can find people likely to purchase your product or service. You can use this objective for: catalog sales, website purchases, calls, or messenger, instagram and whatsapp purchases.
         The most important KPIs to follow are:
    • purchases: the total number of purchases, attributed to your ads.
    • cost/result: the average cost you pay for your conversion.
    • ROAS (return on ad spend): the purchase conversion value divided by amount spent in advertising.
