Diamonds Direct has been a leader in the diamond and fine jewelry industry for over 60 years. With 22 stores nationwide, and carrying a selection of over 50 designers and over 3,000 engagement mountings per store, their diamond shopping experience is second to none!
Diamonds Direct turned to Slicedbread to help increase traffic to local retail locations through various digital platforms, including search, social, OTT, Geofencing, and display. And also assisted in building a comprehensive SEO and Conversion Optimization Audit.
The Ask
The company has a very strong customer base and focuses heavily on traditional media, however, their digital presence was lacking. Working with other agencies before us, they were missing key objectives both in their digital presence and online strategies.
The Solution
We began with an in-depth audit process of all their paid and organic channels, working to optimize their existing ads while also creating a new and improved advertising strategy. Their search campaigns were managed by an outside agency, and many of their other digital channels were managed in-house. This resulted in a very disjointed and miss-aligned overall strategy.
The company had established an online presence on all main digital channels but were lacking effective measurement of how well their campaigns performed and were unable to effectively optimize. We implemented a testing strategy that resulted in finding which channels worked the best, and have continued to improve account performance month over month.
The Results
When we took over the accounts, we saw a huge increase in top-line revenue, seeing over a 7x ROAS on Facebook alone, and an incredible 37% increase in growth across all their locations. We look forward to taking the learnings from 2021 and expanding the brand's digital presence to more exciting avenues of growth in 2022.
