At the fundamental level, it should remain unchanged. Timelines haven’t changed, and neither have deliverables, but what has changed is that all of the workforce has transitioned to remote work environments.
Because of this, you should keep doing what you’ve been doing as a company to get your business to the level it’s currently at, but minor adjustments are probably necessary. It’s normal for people to lose focus or not maintain their previous level of productivity with such drastic changes taking place over the last year during the Coronavirus Pandemic.
That’s where managerial styles must adjust to meet the team's needs. Staying in constant contact with team members, checking in on the mental health of teammates, and having regular one-on-ones or meetings in small groups could all be useful tactics to employ to stay on top of things and make sure your team is in the best shape, both mentally and from a productivity standpoint.
